About us

Our founders built McMakler, one of Germany's largest real estate brokers, and home24, raised more than 250 million euros themselves and invested in more than 50 start-ups. The team brings experience from Rocket Internet, BCG, Rothschild, SAP and Citi.

We develop our own platforms and deliver data and AI projects for companies. Along the way we keep seeing markets where data and AI change an entire business model. From the best opportunities we build our own ventures, all around real estate, and fund them with starting capital.

For this path we are looking for an entrepreneurial person who first works closely alongside Lukas Pieczonka and then takes over a venture of their own as CEO.

Your path

The role has three phases. In your first year you work as Chief of Staff in the founder's office directly with Lukas Pieczonka, founder and managing director: you get to know the business, clients and team from the inside and drive the most important topics yourself. Then you build a new venture with us, from the first opportunity through the first customers to the team. Once the venture stands on its own, you take it over as Managing Director and CEO.

What you will do

• Phase 1, founder's office (within the first year): you lead the founder's most important topics, from strategic projects and client conversations to finance and planning, recruiting and partnerships.
• Prepare decisions, enforce priorities and make sure what matters gets done fast.
• Phase 2, build: assess opportunities around real estate, prove the business model with first customers and take the first product to market with our engineering team.
• Build the venture's sales and partnerships, recruit the first team and prepare further financing.
• Phase 3, lead: take over the venture as Managing Director and CEO and develop it further with us as shareholders.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for entrepreneurs, not administrators. Someone who already thinks like a CEO and is ready to tackle any task on the way there.

• You have built something: your own company, a new business line or a team in a fast-growing start-up.
• Experience in founding, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or as Chief of Staff, ideally related to real estate.
• You structure fast, are confident with numbers and can own a P&L.
• You understand what data and AI can do today and think about business models from there.
• You enjoy selling, make decisions with incomplete information and stand by them.
• Fluent German and English, Spanish is a plus.

   Case

   You work on a real question from our business, about one day of effort within a week, and present it.

   Day with the founders

   A day on site, ideally with conversations with customers or partners.

   If it is a fit on both sides, you will get an offer shortly after.
