in production

AI platform for brokers

Leads, properties, documents and correspondence in one system, with AI agents taking over routine work. More than 175 releases in six months.

in production

Land and zoning data

53.8 M parcels and 47.1 M buildings from 15 German states, with zoning and value per plot. An acquisition check takes 20 minutes instead of two days.

Projects for companies

Lead generation and broker network

Digital colleagues for sales and account management

AI agents work in the team chat like colleagues. The sales agent sets follow-ups and closes leads in Salesforce, reviews call transcripts and sends every team member a daily report on weekdays at 8:30 pm. The account agent onboards new partner brokers from their website and imprint, maintains delivery areas and prepares a briefing an hour before every meeting.

Lead generation

Performance marketing from own data

Google Ads keywords are switched on or paused automatically per city, based on broker coverage and revenue per lead from the data warehouse. Every morning an SEA agent reviews the previous day's search terms, classifies unclear cases with AI, checks them against Google search and adds negative keywords, each one reversible.

Brokerage with several offices

Business report and data hygiene by agent

Every morning at 8 the business report on the previous day is in the management channel for all offices, with an outlook on the day. The agent also checks the pipeline for overdue activities, missing next steps and data gaps and turns them into a prioritised work list.

Brokerage with a portal partner

Matching sales data with portal listings

Referred properties from Salesforce are continuously matched against the listings of a major real estate portal. This surfaces properties listed with a partner broker without a recorded mandate. Because the portal shows the address for only about 20% of listings, it is derived from the coordinates.

Approach

Larger projects, clearly led. With dedicated contacts at management level.

01 · 2 to 4 weeks

Discovery

Goals, processes, data and risks. The result is a business case and a plan.

02 · 6 to 10 weeks

Pilot

One use case in live operation, measured against KPIs agreed upfront.

03 · as planned

Rollout

Extension to further areas, team training, integration into processes.

04 · ongoing

Operations

Monitoring, further development and regular reporting to management.

Security and contracts

Trust is a prerequisite. Not a bargaining chip.

Data protection

Processing under GDPR with a data processing agreement. Hosting in the EU on request.

Access and rights

Role and permission concepts, logged access, separate environments.

Results belong to you

Rights to code, data and documentation transfer to you in full.

Confidentiality

Non-disclosure is standard, on request before the first call.

Principles. What guides every project.

Outcomes before technology

We start from the business goal, not the tool. Every solution is measured by what it improves in daily work.

Security from the start

Data protection, access rights and compliance are part of the architecture, not an afterthought before go-live.

Independent choices

We choose models, services and tools by their fit for your task, not by partnerships.

Handover, not lock-in

Code, data and knowledge stay with you. Your team can continue independently at any time.

Team

Entrepreneurs from the real estate industry. Not consultants about it.
