Our founders built McMakler, one of Germany's largest real estate brokers, and home24. The team brings experience from Rocket Internet, BCG, Rothschild, SAP and Citi. Now we are building the data and AI systems real estate companies run on: our own platforms and projects for clients.
This already runs in production. Our AI platform for brokers has shipped more than 175 releases in six months. Our data platform covers 53.8 million land parcels. And at clients, AI agents work every day in sales, account management and marketing, connected to Salesforce, inboxes and ad accounts.
The industry moves trillions and still runs on spreadsheets, PDFs and phone calls. That is what we are changing.
Your impact
You ship to production in your first weeks, and your code powers agents that work for real teams: routing leads, reading documents, writing reports, managing ad accounts. You start with well-scoped features and quickly own whole areas, from the first conversation about a need to running it in production. How fast that happens is up to you.
What you will do
- ✓Build agents that take real work off people's desks: in the CRM, the inbox, documents and ad accounts. Your measure is hours saved, not demos.
- ✓Help build the platform our agents run on, so each new agent is faster to build and more reliable than the last.
- ✓Set up evaluation, monitoring and cost control so that quality is measurable and errors surface before a client sees them.
- ✓Own features from idea to production, together with product and clients. Over time you will lead those conversations yourself.
- ✓Work with coding agents as your default: they do the typing, you keep the judgement and own the outcome.
- ✓Ship what is good enough today. Get right what has to be right.
Who we are looking for
We don't count years. We are looking for people who have taken systems to production and want to grow faster than a normal job allows.
- ✓You have built LLM applications or agents that real users relied on, in TypeScript or Python.
- ✓You know how to connect agents to tools, retrieval and external systems, and how to measure their quality.
- ✓You have built something from zero: a start-up, an early-team role or projects of your own with real users.
- ✓Coding agents are already how you work. You delegate the work, keep the thinking and ask after each iteration what could run on its own.
- ✓You care about architecture decisions and can explain each one. Line-by-line perfection matters less to you.
- ✓Low ego, high ownership. You see what needs doing and you do it.
- ✓Fluent German or English. Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.
